There was just one session of GTA Tuesday Night Tennis…and since it was a rainy night, the lone session was the first Tuesday night meet-up of the Night Owls Group at The Wayne Bubble hosted by "The Riz" John Rizzo. As John had to gather many results, what follows is a simple reporting of the scores.
The Wayne Bubble Results:
2 out of 3 Sets Doubles Match:
Pranav Sinha/Arthur Fontanilla over Anish Mehta/Alex Hohorst, 6-2, 6-3, as both teams entered the Doubles Division as the New # 91 and # 92 Ranked Teams respectively! No Aces (apparently).
Lou La Forgia/Ray Spadaro over Joe Rodrigues/Frank Hohorst, 6-2! No Aces (apparently).
Lou La Forgia/Frank Hohorst over Joe Rodrigues/Ray Spadaro, 6-4! No Aces (apparently).
2 out of 3 Sets Doubles Match:
Tom La/Nick Caputo over Senthil Kumar/Ryan Sherry, 6-3, 6-2, as both teams entered the Doubles Division as the New # 93 and # 94 Ranked Teams respectively! It was the official GTA Return of Ryan Sherry. No Aces (apparently).
Tom La/Nick Caputo tied with Senthil Kumar/Ryan Sherry, 7-7 (Incomplete when the session ended)! No Aces (apparently).
The Skinny: That is not a Tiebreak score. They were playing out the games, trying to win by two. But it looks like they would have been better off going to the TB to get this one officially done.

Chris Chiaro/Dan Praport over Ryan Pienciak/Rich Liu, 6-4, 3-6, 7-5, as both teams entered the Doubles Division as the New # 95 and # 96 Ranked Teams respectively! No Aces (apparently).

Samara's Notes: I thank John for reporting all these results in a very timely manner. It would have been 17 official competitors had Rizzo played, but chose to sit out and simply host the session as he was still recovering from his triple-duty playing performance this past Sunday.
