"6 play (1 New) at PAC, 5 play at C.G.!":
There were two sessions of GTA Tuesday Night Tennis: one at The Park Ave. Courts in Nutley with Laurie "L-Boogie" Boughton reporting and the other at The Cedar Grove Courts with "Killer Kat" Kathy Sheldon reporting.
So we first go to Laurie in Nutley and then to Kat at Cedar Grove.
The Park Ave. Courts Results:
Muhammad Haque/Laurie Boughton over David Soto/Freddie Quito, 6-4! No Aces. It was the official GTA Debut of Freddie Quito.
David Soto/Freddie Quito over Edgar Valencia/Laurie Boughton, 7-6 (7-5)! No Aces.
Rich Liu over Edgar Valencia, 6-0! No Aces.
Rich Liu over Muhammad Haque, 6-3! No Aces.

The Cedar Grove Results:
Diane Raum/Kathy Marabondo over Kathy Sheldon/Brenda Jordan, 6-1! No Aces.
The Chat from Kat: We had a group of ladies play. It was a chilly night. It was Brenda, Diane, Kathy and me. Dawn was there and a part of the mix, but as she was the 5th player…she was rotated in next. But in this first one, Brenda and I just couldn't get it going. I was NOT an asset this set!
Kathy Sheldon/Diane Raum over Dawn Peterson/Kathy Marabondo, 6-3! No Aces.
2 out of 3 Sets Women's Doubles Match:
Kathy Sheldon/Diane Raum over Brenda Jordan/Dawn Peterson, 6-1, 6-3, to become the New #4 Ranked Team in the Women's Doubles Division! No Aces.
The Chat from Kat: Diane was awesome especially at the net!
Samara's Notes: I thank Kathy for her very timely reporting…always appreciated! It seems that perhaps the early presence of the Pickle Ballers may have reduced our turnout somewhat. Kat said other GTA players were there, but they may have just been hitting…she's not sure.
