5/20/18:
"Rizzo hosts 7 at NTC, Mole-Swierczek part of 11 at C.G.!":
There were two sessions of GTA Sunday Tennis, though neither was the usual Sunday morning session that "Hollywood" Frank Samara would normally host (previously at Albion Park in Clifton, more recently at Brookdale Park in Bloomfield) as the overnight rain that carried into the morning hours killed those chances. Instead, there was one that started in the early afternoon and lasted until the end of daylight (it was actually back-to-back sessions) at The Nutley Tennis Club which was hosted by "The Riz" John Rizzo.
And the other started in the late afternoon and went all the way to lights out at the Cedar Grove Courts featuring an impromptu Challenge Match between "Del Brotro" Mike Mole and "The Pilot" Greg Swierczek (as reported by Mike). There are also contributions to this report made by "The Marathon Woman" Doinks Srinivasan, "The Sin Man" Mike Sindler and "The Icon" Nick Inciong.
Let's first get The Riz Report from NTC and then the rest of the scores (starting with the full Challenge Match) from Cedar Grove.

The Mole Memo: We were at one set a piece when we decided to make it a full match. It was a great match! He played really good and was great at serving. We played from 6pm to 7:30.
Nick's Notes: Omar Santos was practicing his serve when I arrived around 3pm. Janice Wang was getting ready to play. Mike Sindler showed up as we were getting ready to hit.

Nick's Notes: Prior to the above One-Setter, Omar had to leave. Doinks arrived just in time to take his place. After this set, Mike had to leave and I was feeling my age…so I left, too. But Jose Gonzales and Joe Rodrigues were looking to play but I don't know what happened next.
Jose Gonzales/Janice Wang over Joe Rodrigues/Doinks Srinivasan, 7-6 (7-1)! No Aces.
Nathan Fernandes/Doinks Srinivasan over Kris Srinivasan/Greg Swierczek, 6-2! No Aces.

The Details from Doinks: We are so exhausted! It was a great and pleasant evening. Kyle Eng, Ralph Bernard, Janice Wang and Joe Rodrigues played, but don't know their scores.
Samara's Notes: I thank everyone for their very timely reporting. It is truly appreciated. As for those who did not report their results, I cannot continue to chase down scores as I simply do not have the time. So whatever else occurred will have to remain unofficial.
Sincerely,
Frank Samara
