"Liu-Doran at PAC, 20 play at C.G.!":
There were two sessions of GTA Monday Night Tennis: One was at The Park Ave. Courts in Nutley featuring a full 2 out of 3 Sets Challenge Match between "Richie" Rich Liu and "Ravishing" Randy Doran (with Rich reporting) and the other was at The Cedar Grove Courts with Dennis "The Menace" Cabanatan, GTA Champion: "King Crush" Chris Chiaro, Bob "The Lob" Fattal and "The K Man" Kris Srinivasan all reporting (Kris had captured the results from Chris and Bob, but they provided the correct scores…and Kris did not get the results from Dennis who covered what took place earlier in the evening).
So we first go to Rich (with a quick comment from Randy) and then the multi-layered reporting of Dennis, Chris, Bob and Kris to finish this report.
The Park Ave. Result:
2 out of 3 Sets Challenge Match:
Randy Doran over Rich Liu, 6-2, 6-1, to become the New # 42 Ranked Player in the Intermediate Division! Rich: 1 Ace.
The Liu News: I started off doing well leading 2-0, but was unraveled by Ravishing Randy's smoothness and consistence as he got into his groove. We had long rallies that Randy consistently won as I eventually committed unforced errors over and over again. It was a fun match overall despite the lopsided score.
Ravishing raves: In all fairness, Rich is testing out a new racquet and it will take him some time to get comfortable with it.

Nathan Fernandes/Dan Martinelli over Kris Srinivasan/Mike Mole, 6-2! No Aces.
Kris Srinivasan/Janice Wang over Nathan Fernandes/Doinks Srinivasan, 6-4! No Aces.
Nathan Fernandes/Jordan Bachvaroff over Chris Chiaro/Janice Wang, 6-3! No Aces.
Chris Chiaro/Janice Wang over Joe Rodrigues/T.J. Shah, 6-4! Joe: 1 Ace on Chris.
The K has his say: Dino Celis came to chill out a bit. There was a decent crowd and we got to use three of the courts most of the time. Cheers!
