"Truong-Doyle at C.G. early, Jose hosts 4 at C.G. late!":
GTA Saturday Tennis took place at The Cedar Grove Courts both early and late. In the morning, it was the continuation of the already in-progress GTA Intermediate Invitational Round of 16 Match between "The A-Bomb" Andrew Truong and "Kevlar" Kevin Doyle. In the evening, "Latino Heat" Jose Gonzales sent in the score of a Doubles One-Setter.
I've reached out to players who said they would be there that morning, but did not hear back from them. Thus, what follows is all that is official for that day. First, the result reported by Andrew and then the score from Jose.
The Cedar Grove Courts:
GTA Intermediate Invitational Round of 16 Match:
Andrew Truong over Kevin Doyle, 6-0, 6-0, to both successfully defend his # 27 Rank in the Advanced Division and # 9 Rank in the Intermediate Division while also advancing to the Quarterfinals of The GTA Intermediate Invitational Tournament! Andrew: 1 Ace.
The Consequences: Now Andrew waits in the Quarters for the winner of The Round of 16 Match between Jay "The Rising" Phoenix and "The Hitman" Tom La.

Now we get one more score from Jose.
Jose Gonzales/Sukumar Mitra over Mike Mole/Jorge Solano, 7-5! Jorge: 1 Ace on Jose; and Jose: 1 Ace on Mike.
